Analysing Teacher Training Participants' Feedback Using Natural Language Processing

To assess the quality-of-service PGRI Jawa Tengah provided to its community through teacher training programs, it needed understand input from itself. However, analysing and gaining insight thousands of written feedback is hard tedious. This research aimed extract information participants’ using Natural Language Processing techniques. The result showed that most recurring theme for participant “very beneficial”, helpful”, “satisfactory”, “thank you”, “adding insights”, “more like this”. means participants are satisfied with held by expect more this be in future. Based on these findings, should hold programs future similar or greater quality than already established training.
